License Agreement

1. Grant of license

When you purchase a NexByte Studio product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on servers you own or operate, subject to the activation limits shown on the product page.

2. You may

Install and use the product on your licensed server(s).
Modify the product for your own community's use (where source is provided).
Receive and use all future updates for the product.

3. You may not

Resell, sublicense, share, leak or redistribute the product or modified versions of it.
Remove, bypass or tamper with license verification.
Use the product on servers you do not operate, or offer it as part of a hosting package.

4. License types

Lifetime — valid indefinitely for the purchased product.
Subscription — valid while the subscription period is active.
Expiring — valid until the expiration date shown in your dashboard.

5. Termination

Licenses may be revoked without refund if this agreement is violated (including leaking, reselling or chargeback abuse). Refunded purchases automatically deactivate the associated licenses.
