License Agreement

1. Grant of License

NexByte Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for its intended purpose.

This license allows you to use the product on your own server or project, subject to the limitations described in this agreement.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the customer.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Install and use the product on your own server.
• Configure the product for your server or project.
• Make private modifications necessary for your own use.
• Use the product for personal or commercial projects, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell the product or any modified version of it.
• Redistribute or share the original files.
• Upload the product to public download platforms.
• Give the product files to other individuals, communities, or servers.
• Claim the product or its source code as your own work.
• Remove NexByte Studio copyright or ownership notices.
• Use the product to create and distribute a competing product.
• Sell access to the product itself without written permission from NexByte Studio.

4. Modifications

You are allowed to make modifications to the product for your own personal or commercial server.

However, modifications do not give you ownership of the original NexByte Studio code or assets.

You may not distribute modified versions of the product without prior written permission from NexByte Studio.

5. Redistribution

Redistribution of NexByte Studio products is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.

This includes sharing products through:

• Discord servers
• Websites
• Forums
• File-sharing services
• GitHub or similar platforms
• Private communities
• Other public or private distribution channels

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, scripts, designs, graphics, documentation, branding, and other materials included with NexByte Studio products remain the intellectual property of NexByte Studio or their respective owners.

Nothing in this License Agreement transfers ownership or copyright to the customer.

7. License Termination

NexByte Studio may terminate your license if you violate this agreement.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the affected product and remove all copies of the product from your servers and systems where applicable.

A license terminated due to a violation of this agreement does not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Updates

NexByte Studio may provide updates, bug fixes, improvements, or new versions of products at its discretion.

Updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the product's sales page or description.

9. Support

Support may be provided through the official NexByte Studio support channels.

Support is intended to assist with legitimate installation, configuration, and product-related issues.

NexByte Studio is not required to provide support for unauthorized modifications, third-party integrations, or redistributed copies.

10. Commercial Use

Unless otherwise stated, products may be used on commercial servers or projects.

However, the product itself may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed without written permission from NexByte Studio.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While NexByte Studio aims to provide reliable and functional products, we do not guarantee that every product will be completely free of bugs, errors, or compatibility issues in every environment.

12. Agreement

By purchasing or using a NexByte Studio product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this License Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not purchase, download, or use our products.
