By creating an account or purchasing from NexByte Studio ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. Digital products

All products sold on this website are digital goods (FiveM scripts, models, interiors and related assets) delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. After a successful payment you receive access to downloads and license keys through your customer dashboard.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse our services.

4. Acceptable use

Products may only be used according to the accompanying License Agreement.
Reselling, redistributing, leaking or sharing product files is prohibited.
Attempting to bypass license checks or download protection is prohibited.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). We never store your card details. Prices are shown in EUR and may change at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases.

7. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is". We are not affiliated with Cfx.re, FiveM, Take-Two Interactive or Rockstar Games. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
